This Privacy Policy explains how My PromptBar handles information when you use the macOS app.
1. Information stored by the app
My PromptBar is designed to be local-first. Depending on how you use it, the app may store on your Mac:
- Prompt content, titles, tags, folders, and related organization or usage metadata that you create.
- App preferences such as theme and language settings.
- Local sync state needed to make iCloud synchronization reliable.
2. iCloud and CloudKit
Plus users may choose to enable synchronization through Apple iCloud and CloudKit. When enabled, relevant prompt and folder data and sync metadata are sent to and stored in the app's private CloudKit container associated with the user's Apple account. Apple operates iCloud under its own terms and privacy policy. My PromptBar does not operate a separate cloud account or use prompt data for advertising.
If iCloud is unavailable or disabled, the app continues to keep changes locally and will retry synchronization when possible. You can use the app's data-management controls to delete local data and, when reachable, corresponding iCloud data.
3. Purchases and StoreKit
Plus is unlocked through Apple's in-app purchase system, StoreKit. Apple processes payment and transaction information. My PromptBar receives the entitlement result needed to enable Plus and may keep a local cached purchase state; it does not receive your payment card number.
4. Accounts, analytics, advertising, and tracking
- My PromptBar does not require a separate app account or application login.
- The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or cross-app tracking.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your prompt content with third parties.
Apple may process information as part of iCloud, StoreKit, macOS, or App Store services under Apple's own policies.
5. Retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it through the app, remove the app's local data, or otherwise clear the relevant storage. CloudKit data remains in your private iCloud container until you delete it through the app where supported or manage it through Apple's services. Transaction records are handled and retained by Apple according to Apple's policies and applicable requirements.
6. Children
My PromptBar is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through a separate online account.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when a new version is published.

1. 应用保存的信息
My PromptBar 采用本地优先设计。根据您的使用方式，应用可能在 Mac 本机保存：

Plus 用户可以选择通过 Apple iCloud 和 CloudKit 启用同步。启用后，相关提示词、文件夹数据和同步元数据会发送到并保存在与用户 Apple 账号关联的应用私有 CloudKit 容器中。iCloud 由 Apple 按其自身条款和隐私政策运营。My PromptBar 不提供独立云端账号，也不会将提示词用于广告。
iCloud 不可用或未启用时，应用仍会将变更保存在本机，并在条件允许时重试同步。您可以通过应用的数据管理功能删除本机数据；在云端可连接时，也可以清理对应的 iCloud 数据。
3. 购买与 StoreKit
Plus 通过 Apple 的应用内购买系统 StoreKit 解锁。支付和交易信息由 Apple 处理。My PromptBar 只接收启用 Plus 所需的购买权益结果，并可能在本机缓存购买状态；应用不会获得您的银行卡号。
4. 账号、分析、广告与追踪
- My PromptBar 不要求独立的应用账号或应用登录。
- 应用不包含第三方分析、广告 SDK 或跨应用追踪。
- 我们不会出售、出租或向第三方分享您的提示词内容。
Apple 可能根据其自身政策，在提供 iCloud、StoreKit、macOS 或 App Store 服务时处理相关信息。
5. 数据保留与删除
本机数据会保留到您通过应用删除、清除应用本地数据，或以其他方式清除相关存储为止。CloudKit 数据会保留在您的私有 iCloud 容器中，直到您在应用支持的范围内删除，或通过 Apple 提供的服务管理。交易记录由 Apple 按其政策及适用要求处理和保留。
6. 儿童
My PromptBar 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会通过独立在线账号明知故意收集儿童个人信息。
7. 政策变更
如果应用或数据处理方式发生变化，我们可能更新本政策。发布新版本时，页面顶部的生效日期会同步更新。
